An industrial building is a tool. Column spacing, floor loading, crane provision and door positions are set by the process inside, and a structure that ignores them is expensive to correct once plant is being installed.
Structural design starts from the equipment layout and material flow rather than the plot. Floor slab specification, clear heights and service routes are fixed against the operational brief before foundations are set out.
Foundations and steel are sequenced around plant delivery dates so structure and installation do not compete for the same space. Slab tolerances are verified by survey, not assumed.

Industrial work, delivered as civil & structural · turnkey. An industrial facility engineered around the process it houses - loads, clear spans, circulation and services.
Across North Gujarat and the rest of the state, from our office in Palanpur, Banaskantha district. This page describes how a industrial project of this type is delivered; the photography is representative.
Civil & Structural · Turnkey. The full sequence - planning, design and engineering, estimation, execution, quality control and handover - is the same on every project; what changes is the scale and the constraints.
Primarily industrial and turnkey. Those pages set out the scope each one covers in more detail.
